In the course of providing architectural design, interior architecture, master planning, and turnkey fit-out contracting services, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Client Identification & Contact Data: Full legal name, residential address, email address, telephone number, passport/Emirates ID copies (when required for statutory authority submissions).
• Property & Project Information: Title deeds, affection plans, site location coordinates, architectural CAD files, existing MEP diagrams, structural surveys, budget parameters, and interior aesthetic preferences.
• Commercial & Financial Records: Corporate trade licenses, bank account verification details for invoicing, payment milestone transaction records, and tax registration numbers (TRN).
• Technical & Analytical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, referral URLs, time zone, and anonymized interaction data collected via essential and analytics cookies.

Aura Prime does not sell, lease, or monetize client personal data under any circumstances. We disclose data solely to:

• UAE Governmental & Regulatory Bodies: Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, DEWA, ADDC, and relevant master developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel) to obtain mandatory building and fit-out approvals.
• Specialist Engineering Sub-Consultants: Licensed structural, MEP, and acoustic engineers bound by strict bilateral non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Secure Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Encrypted enterprise cloud storage providers complying with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

5. Data Retention & Decennial Liability

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill project execution, guarantee warranty obligations, and satisfy legal mandates. Under the UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985, Articles 880–883), architectural designers and fit-out contractors bear strict decennial liability for structural integrity. Accordingly, project drawings, engineering calculations, and contractual records are securely archived for a minimum of ten (10) years following building completion.

We implement bank-grade physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal and architectural data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All digital transmissions utilize TLS 1.3 encryption, and architectural drawings are stored on access-controlled encrypted servers.

7. Your Statutory Data Rights

Under the UAE Data Protection Law (PDPL) and international data privacy frameworks, you are entitled to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate or outdated records.
• Request erasure of your data (“Right to be Forgotten”), subject to statutory engineering retention obligations.
• Object to or restrict specific processing operations.
